COVID-19 Update

Starting May 15, 2020, we are reopening Oasis Resort, our 3-acre Water Playground, and Oasis Grill. Oasis Resort combines kid-friendly accommodations with the best amenities to create the ideal coastal family vacation destination. Stay in a traditional room or one of our specially-designed Kid Suites (featuring bunk beds!) and enjoy access to Centennial Plaza’s 3-acre water playground, complete with colorful splash pad, two water slides overlooking the Gulf, 950-foot lazy river and a zero-entry swimming pool perfect for letting your littlest ones splash the days away. 

See below for some helpful information regarding our safe reopening procedures:

  • Stay over service will not be available during this time. For new linens, simply contact our front desk or text our team at +1  (228)-222-8985. Place old linens outside your guest room door. Old linens will be retrieved and new linens will be delivered and placed outside your door with no contact from our team members.

  • At this time, we are not offering bell services

  • Limiting to 50% capacity in the Oasis Grill dining room

  • Take-out options will continue to be available from Oasis Grill and may be enjoyed poolside

  • No parties larger than 6 will be allowed at any table in the Oasis Grill dining room

  • Tables will be spaced 6 ft apart in the Oasis Grill dining room

Since March 2020, we have taken the time to completely sanitize the hotel so that we can reopen knowing that guests will be safe when they return.

To ensure the safety of the public, the following measures have been taken:

  • Consistently sanitizing public areas to keep surfaces clean.

  • Installing sanitizing stations throughout the property.

  • Spacing out public areas to allow for social distancing.

  • Limiting elevator occupancy to allow for social distancing.

If you have any of the symptoms below, please postpone your visit until you are feeling better.

  • Fever 

  • Chills

  • Repeated shaking with chills

  • Muscle pain 

  • Headache 

  • Sore throat

  • New loss of taste or smell
